Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Flii incurs significant expenditures prior to the event. Therefore we mantain the foll owing cancellation and refunf policy:
Cancellation or transfer request:
-Any changes must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
-The amount paid up to 60 days before the event date will be completely refunded.
- 50% of the paid admission will be refunded up to 30 days before the FLII.
-Cancellations requested within 30 days of the event will NOT be refunded.
-If unable to attend, there can not be any refunds for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
-No credits will be aloud for next year's conference.
They are fully transferable. The buyer of the ticket should send an email to email@example.com with the following information of the new assistant name: name, direction, email adress, cellphone number, title, company, city and state of residence.
If I get a better offer discount after ¿Can I get a refund for the difference?
No, unless you confirm your participation as a panelist. offers discounts can not be combined.
Do I have to take my printed confirmation to the event?
We'll have your badge ready at the registration table at the start of the conference to preserve our natural resources, we do not require you to print your ticket to collect it. Additionally you can present the confirmation email submited with your payment information. Having it easily accesible would be sufficient and allows us to streamline the registration.
